4. Lead time: 1-3 days for blank sample, 3-5 days for customized sample. For mass production, normally it takes 7-10 days, rush orders are available.
5. Factory visiting is warmly welcome! We can provide picking up and hotel booking service for your best convenience.
6. We are strictly with our products quality. Before shipping, we will send clear photos for your confirmation and take a random of the products to check the product quality. Even after you got the product, if you find any quality problem, it can be returned or exchanged.

A: The MOQ is 500pcs. If customize your own artwork, MOQ will be changed according to the detailed requirements.
Q2: Can I get samples ? When will I get the samples?
A: Yes, we can provide free samples for free, you pay freight charge. You will receive it within 7 days
But if customize your own artwork, we will charge some samples fee. You will receive it within 14 days.
Q3: Could you accept custom service?
A: Yes, just send us your artwork. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for you.
Q4: What is your payment terms?
A: 30% deposit, pay the balance when finish the production.
